Englische Philologie (auch Lehramt Englisch)

Dear Freshers at Göttingen University: Welcome to the Induction Days!

  • If you are a BA student of English for Teachers' Training, English Philology for Non-Teachers or English for Vocational School Teachers (WiPäd), this week's programme is for you: Come and meet our staff and students, and get information on all aspects of how to study English.
  • If you are a BA student of North American Studies, you are welcome, too - since both subjects are hosted by the English Department, you'll need the same information on the Department as the students of English.
  • If you are a Master of Arts student, please note that these information meetings are NOT aimed at you! The Induction Days for MA students start on Oct 7, 2016. Please contact Dr. Reitemeier directly for further information.
  • If you are a Master of Education student, please note that there is a separate information meeting for you (see ZELB homepage).
  • If you are an Erasmus or other international student wishing to take classes with us, please contact Herr Pfändner (jpfaend@gwdg.de) instead. Most of the information we impart in these meetings are irrelevant for you.
